Commercial Christmas decorating in Miami Decoración navideña comercial en Miami
A lobby tree has a different job to a living room tree. It has to read from forty feet away, survive a month of foot traffic, and photograph well when your tenants and guests post it. That changes what goes on it.
Scale is the whole problem
The mistake almost every commercial display makes is using home sized ornaments on a commercial sized tree. From across a lobby they disappear, and the tree reads as a green cone with lights on it. Large format spaces need oversized pieces, deep ribbon runs and props at floor level that give the eye somewhere to land.
That is why the lobby work leans on life size figures, stacked gift piles and drifts of ornaments at the base. It is not excess, it is the only thing that reads at that distance.
Installed around your hours

Nobody wants a ladder in the lobby at 9am on a Tuesday. Commercial installs get scheduled around the building, which usually means early mornings, evenings or a weekend, agreed at the walkthrough rather than negotiated on the day.
The walkthrough is also where ceiling height, power for the lighting, and where the tree can safely stand get settled. It is a short visit and it is what makes the quote a real number instead of a guess.

Not only December
The same eye that builds a lobby tree also styles the space the other eleven months. Planters, greenery and seasonal refreshes keep a lobby from looking like it only gets attention at Christmas, quoted the same way: per space, after a look.
If you manage several properties, one walkthrough can cover all of them and the quote comes back split by location.

Book a lobby walkthrough Agenda una visita a tu lobby
Send the address, the ceiling height if you know it, and roughly when the space needs to be ready. The walkthrough is what turns that into a real quote.
