What Christmas tree decorating costs in Miami Qué cuesta decorar un árbol navideño en Miami
Nobody can quote a tree they have not seen, and anyone giving you a flat price before knowing the height is guessing. What can be published is the logic, so you can work out roughly where you land before you send anything.
The four things that set your number
Tree height, in feet, is the biggest single factor, because everything above roughly eight feet needs a ladder and a second person. Design detail is the second: a tree with three ribbon types, layered florals and a built up base is a different job to a clean two color tree.
Third is whether it is finished all the way around or only on the exposed sides, which is a real saving on any tree that sits against a wall. Fourth is whether we are sourcing the materials, which adds a flat $60 plus whatever the materials actually cost.
The $60 line, explained

If you would rather not shop, we do it for a flat $60 plus the actual cost of what gets bought. You tell us roughly what you want to spend on materials, we shop against that number, and no markup is added to the receipts. The fee covers the sourcing, not the materials.
If we spend less than the number you gave, the difference comes off the labor on your final bill. And the fee exists because sourcing a palette properly takes a day of real work: several stores, matching ribbon widths and metal tones, and buying in the quantities a full tree needs. The decorations then belong to you, and they come back out of the box next year.

Distance and crew
Tree prices can also vary with the distance we travel. A home in Homestead, a condo in Broward and a house in West Palm Beach are three different drives, and the drive is part of the working day, so it is part of the number.
Size counts twice. A taller or fuller tree takes longer to build, and past a certain height it takes more of us to install it safely, so the crew that shows up is sized to the tree. Both are written into the estimate before anything is booked.
What is free
The estimate. It comes in writing, at no charge, because you cannot decide on a tree without a number in front of you. No deposit is requested until you say yes.
Garlands and railings are quoted separately by the length of the run, and lobbies and offices are quoted per space after a walkthrough. Takedown after the holidays can be priced in now instead of becoming a January conversation.

| The question | You already own the decorations | We source everything |
|---|---|---|
| What you provide | Your decorationsYour ornaments, ribbon, picks and topper. We work with what is in the boxes. | We source itNothing. You pick a color story, set a rough materials budget, and we handle the shopping. |
| What you pay on top | Your decorationsDesign and installation only. | We source it$60 flatsourcing fee, plus what the materials actually cost. No markup, and whatever is left of your budget comes off the labor bill. |
| Who keeps the decor | Your decorationsYours already. | We source itYours, and it comes back out of the box next year. |
| What sets the quote | Tree height in feet, how detailed the design is, and whether it is finished all the way around or only on the exposed sides. A tree against a wall costs less than the same tree standing in the open. Distance counts too, since Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach are different drives, and a larger tree can need more hands to install. | |
| Beyond the tree | Garlands and railings are quoted by the length of the run. Lobbies and offices per space, after a walkthrough. Takedown can be priced in now instead of in January. | |
| The estimate itself | Free and in writing, because you cannot decide without a number. No deposit until you say yes. | |
