Hand-crafted truffles, our famous Key Lime Pie, 36 flavors of ice cream, and a Florida Keys vacation tradition since 2010 - from the Peterson family. Two shops along US-1, in Key Largo and Islamorada.
Sweets are a family legacy for Bronna and Rich Peterson. Bronna's grandmother owned her own restaurant and bakery - pies, cakes, cookies, the works. Rich's family owned Ramer's Chocolates & Confectionary, a name Minnesotans knew for decades.
In 2010, they brought the recipes south. The first shop opened in Key Largo. Sixteen years later - and a second shop down the road in Islamorada - they're still hand-crafting truffles in the back of the Key Largo shop and pulling Key Lime Pies out of the same family oven.

Hard chocolate shells, decadent ganache centers - every truffle hand-rolled and dipped. Pick from a rotating menu of flavors: dark chocolate sea salt, key lime, espresso, raspberry, peanut butter, and the rest. Build your own assortment.
Whole pies and frozen pie bars. The recipe people drive down Highway 1 for.
Plus sorbetto, scooped at the counter all day. Cones, cups, sundaes, banana splits.
